Store is always very full and staff is not very helpful and friendly and there is always a long line to get inside the store.

Its great and so very awesome of shoprite and partners to have the Xtra savings card thanks for this it helps and is very needed. I just moved to this Kuils river area and decided to do my monthly grocery shopping at this shoprite what a night mare The till point queues go deep into the aisles so u cant even shop, not all the tills are open theres no manages on the floor to monitor the till points its to full to shop and theres completely no space for social distancing. Honestly I much rather went over to pick n pay that day and havent wanted to shop at Shoprite Kuils River again. But on a different occasion I was forced to go in there this was during the week and it was less packed with customers so I got to see the store and all the many items there was instore and Im impressed with the range of items the bakery wowed with the range of fresh treats and the service, and I was shocked at just how many items are actually on special at the local shoprite. So basically, just get all the tills open and running smothly

life matters

I'm a frequent shopper in this area,we have a p&p as well as a ShopRite which I normally visit.The management have a nonchalant attitude and they are never available.The till lines are slow and cashier chew bubblegum and chat with till Packers which never smile, Supervisors walk with a big customer care band but no sense of aiding u in any way.The shop don't have a wheelchair friendly environment that why I reluctantly give them 1 star for being open.

Good place for dry goods but fresh food is not up to standard and prepacked fruit and veg tend to go bad within days.

My 1st time shopping there not really Shoprite I'm upset with but the guys giving away sim cards who was trying to con me out of my money insist i must give him a R50 to put in some data grab my phone out of my hand I did not like that very disappointing
