Useless and unprofessional. They cleaned my carpets early February and I complained the next day, as the basic of marks have not been removed from the carpet. After Whatsapping them with photos, they do not have the courtesy to even call me back or come and re look at the job but simply avoid my call and ignore me. They have not clean the carpets properly - probably, too little chemicals used, and their after sale service is most unprofessional, leaving me to get another company to redo the job.
