My husband upgraded our internet speed 7 months ago - to date no response. We then went to the store in Tygervalley and reactivated the application. We have been to the store twice without success. They are not able to tell us why the upgrade cannot be done. We were told that a consultant will call us to date noting!!!! Not impressed with your service at all TELKOM. All we wanted was the speed to be increased.
