After 6 months of trying to get Vodacom Tygervalley to change the billing address to business for my phone, they still can't get it to go debit off the correct billing acount. Sent in the paperwork a few times, "they lost the email" went in a few times wait more than an hour with no luck of help to get the problem resolved. Calling doesn't work either, emails get lost, paperwork that was completed instore gets lost, very very disappointed in the poor service, there is no customer service at this point. I tried to have patience but it can only stretch that far. After being with Vodacom for 15 years, it sad to say but will have to move to another provider with customer service.

Vodacom must have a proper look at this store. Lackluster employees, unwelcoming and a proper bad experience. Walked over to the Vodacom Chatz Connect store after 2min. Wont see me again.

Rafeeq was extremely rude, told us he does not want our business, does not want to help and that there is something wrong with me. Was back chatting and would not let the customer speak and then stormed off. The so called manager then came out with no name tag and was just as rude and unhelpful. Shocking service. Will never use Tyger Valley vodacom again. Will also be lodging a formal complaint.

Must say I agree with the other reviews here. I asked for a battery for my phone that is still under its 2 year warranty. The lady said they can't help me because the phone is discontinued. Waar het jy nou al sulke #&@n# gehoor.
