I have been selling vehicles for many years direct to the public and in the last year I have found customers expectations have increased when buying a second hand vehicle even when vehicle is over 10 years old they are expecting no issues or repairs would be necessary . Since consumer act 2015 a record number of complaints have been filed with trading standards even through general wear and tear items . I was totally thinking to stop trading in second hand vehicles until introduced to the car dealers club and now I sell all my second hand cars through there members only . If any of my customers via internet or pitch require a discount I will not sell to them unless they are a member of the car dealers club , this makes it a trade sale , any complaints ,court cases and come backs are dealt with the car dealers club head office on my behalf giving me a stress free business and total peace of mind

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY IVE READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THERE SMALL PRINT, BASICALLY ITS GOOD FOR ONLY DODGY CAR DEALERS WHO DONT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COME BACKS FROM CONSUMERS. NO GENUINE CAR DEALER WOULD TAKE AWAY CONSUMER RIGHTS BY MAKING THEM SIGN A TRADE DOCUMENT WHICH TAKES AWAY ALL THERE RIGHTS IF THE CAR DEVELOPS A PROBLEM
Im a small independent dealer and I would NEVER ever offer my customers this service. This is a scam company and no genuine dealer would ever offer his retail customers this service as it simply takes away all there consumer rights. I was approached by Mr Khalid offering to take away any possible complaints if i offered my unsuspecting retail customers this service with the pretext of fooling them into signing to as a trade buyer in return for a discount as he said most customers would never read the small print anyway. Total Con! Only a crooked dealer would offer this to retail customers
