Nutriendo El Futuro is a social nonprofit organization that works to respond to the alimentary crisis Venezuela is going through. The project consists of the establishment of a community kitchen in the municipality of El Hatillo, by replicating Alimenta La Solidaridad's model developed by Roberto Patiño, in response to the alimentary crisis through a system of co-responsibility, empowerment of vulnerable communities and as a public policy pilot. Today, the program feeds up to 80 children daily with a meal that covers their daily caloric need under a nutritious and economical menu developed with the help of a nutritionist. This program was a winner of the Resolution Project Social Venture at Harvard University, receiving a grant and the Resolution Fellowship.
