We tried calling this place many times throughout the day and they never answered. Upon our arrival they were unhelpful and had no rooms available as they appear primarily to try to rent out longer term so people were living in all the rooms. The front desk man was cowardly, weak, and unhelpful in directing us elsewhere and as we called around he stood there staring at us in a very uncouth manner. Unprofessional staff, in a creepy back alley entrance. Don't waste your time.

Booked this place because they were the only hotel in cerro de pasco who answered their phone. Good location is about the only thing this place has going for it. No heat in our room, dirty accommodations (trash on floor, hairs in the bed), took several hours for the hot water heater to get up to speed, and service was non-existent.
Bonitas habitaciones pero no hay limpieza diaria a la habitación, tampoco cambio de toallas, o papel higiénico, debes de pedir, sino ni se acuerdan que deben dar.
Gracias amigos del Hotel PLAZA APART! La pasamos genial la atención A1 :D Saludos a los chicos de Recepción, se portaron muy bien con nosotros y nos ayudaron.
Amplio, bien ubicado. El sistema de agua caliente no tan eficiente
las habitaciones son confortables y bonita vista hacia la plaza carrion , lo malo es la atencion el personal no es calificado
No tiene acceso directo de la calle. El que no conoce nunca lo encontraría, sugiero que le pongan en la entrada un cartel mucho más grande del que tiene ahora
No se puede pagar con tarjeta (solo en efectivo). Han tardado 8 horas en darme la contraseña de la Wi-Fi.
