i recently bought a Workstation at this place. they deliverd within the given timeframe. we chose a ram stick that was not compatible with the system. After several crashes (around 10 to 20 per Day) i reached out to them and asked them if they could replace the ram with a slower but compatible product. The unfriendly attitude of one of their employees was beyond anything i have experienced so far. she was hyper aggressive, making me responissble for choosing the wrong product while constantly laughing at me (to be clear i am not the CPU-Pro) . I never yelled or isulted her, simply tried to state my troubles. I also called their customer support before this happend, they were much nicer and really helpful. Still, my reccomendation would be: stay clear of this company.
