I changed doctors about 3 years ago after my original doctor (of about 30 years) retired. I chose Dr David Lund because I was looking for an experienced, male Dr who was part of a smaller, well-established & highly reputable family medical practice, as I felt a Doctor in such a medical practice would be able to provide me with personalised and timely attention, and excellent medical care. Dr Lund certainly does that! Dr Lund is terrifc! He is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional, and explains things very well. I feel I have a very good rapport with Dr Lund. Also, Dr Lund has a lot of experience behind him. He also sees me on or very close to my appointment time, which is much appreciated. The practice premises are clean and conveniently located, with good car parking available in Smith Street itself or in the Smith Street Council Car Park (which Council Car Park is a "flat ground walk" not far away) ... and the practice has an excellent (and easy to use) Covid hygiene procedure in place. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and professional too. I highly recommend Charlestown Family Medical Services!

Great service, I needed repeat prescriptions, so to be able to do this over the phone saves a lot of time. To be able to discuss any concerns makes it as thorough as a face to face appointment.
