Astonishing compassion, professionalism and safety in the midst of the worst time in our lives twice. My Grandmother and Mother both calmly and painlessly passed at The Chateau 26 years apart. Even in the middle of the pandemic they were just wonderful. Grateful for all staff I met and those that showed my loved ones care and compassion.

I can't even find the words to express how grateful I am to the entire staff at the Chateau. They help me remove my mother from a horrible rehabilitation center in Chicago to there's very quickly. My mom's nurse was always available for my questions and concerns about her medications and her condition. The facility has a warm and inviting atmosphere, I was very pleased with every visit with my mom, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

My grandmother was able to get the care she needed to successfully return home. With out the hard work and care from the facility this wouldn't have been possible. I appreciate all the hard work of all the staff in the facility and am truly thankful for all the staff of my grandma's care.
