The ridge branch is terrible. Staff is deadbeat.the guy responsible for earphones was not knowledgeable bout products gave incorrect info.the supervisor at the till point is useless has a bad attitude not vibrant no smile asked for help she walked away from me. Worst clicks store . Manager leaves store and second in charge does not even know. Rude staff and not very help. Had to wait for about 20 minutes at the till for sugar machine. The store is hot because the air conditioner not working for months. The customer is not important to this store. IT is very sad.
