Wow, never been the 1st customer at a Nandos Store before! Truly an exceptional breakfast(1/4 chicken of course) experience, the coffee was delicious. Will definitely do it again.

Food was average. Waited almost 1 hr for just 2 wraps and no sides. The staff focused more Mr D Deliveries than the customers orders that were in store. Not returning

Worst experience. If I could rate a minus 5 star I would. I called to place an order. My order was a full Chicken 2 Sides and a starter livers. I specifically requested extra basting on my full Chicken and after stating I would even Pay whatever they asked for to add more than 45ml , which apparently is their procedure. I as a Customer am turned down. I love good food, the Chicken is prepared very well and I am not complaining about the fact that the food is tasteless. I am asking why has Nandos changed. Nandos Chicken is dry on the inside because the Chicken is meaty. Clients/food lovers like the basting sauce because that's what makes the chicken taste good. If you turn down a Client for what he is paying for to eat, this is not customer satisfaction, just a money making Business. I have supported Nandos for a long time and my family as well. Never again will I even step foot in this franchise. Many people will debate about the fact it's Company procedure , but who wants to eat food that they paying good money for that is short of something. Change your attitude towards your clients, don't sell food for just money , think about weather your clients are satisfied with what they are paying for. A very unsatisfied Client

Visit Nandos Bayview only if you’re really really desperate and cannot get to another restaurant. I’ve always maintained that this branch has the most unfriendly bunch of people you would come across. Waited 45 minutes for a veg wrap, when the staff realized that they forgot to make it, or they made the wrong wrap. I never got the true story and not even an apology. This is the norm at Nandos Bayview. Surprising that Nandos allows this kind of service that continuously tarnishes their brand
