Great job Officer Pape and Assistant Chief Hogan!...I know of 2 people who should be getting promotions in Chelsea. OK...Men of integrity, like these 2 men are desperately needed by Law Enforcement all around this country... If they fire these 2 officers, there will be hell to pay...The City Manager and Police commissioners should be facing charges of obstructing justice and who knows what else... Officers Hogan and Pape, we have your back!...

Police report filed for chil abuse against my niece, with pictures of the abuse provided. No action taken. Are you saying it is OK for a grown man to punch a little girl?!

It is awful that police are hired to do a job and are threatened with loosing it because the arrestee is a 'prominant businessman'. How wonderful that you have the backbone to stand up to this political pressure. I pray that the outcome is in your favor. Law Enforcement needs more people strong enough to do the right thing. Perhaps Mr. Hagard should have called Mr. Weast for a ride before he decided to drive drunk. In fact, since Mr, Weast is so willing to go out and give people rides, everyone in town should call him for rides if they feel they may have had too much to drink. Every Single Time.
