First visit. Had a Dark Chocolate Hot drink. It was rich, and very chocolaty, just how I like it! Pleasant staff, accommodating, rang the gong for us. Fun place, will visit again.
Good variety of hot and cold drinks. The lake effect mocha was delicious. Will certainly visit again!
Love this coffee shop/deli/chocolate candies/ice cream establishment. Great for all sorts of goodies. They are always very festive. I enjoy the culture of the place. 4 stars because one of the workers-an middle aged woman-is consistently negative and lacks customer service. Otherwise a very nice business. Would love to visit again soon.
No one would acknowledge us or wait on us. We stood in front of three servers who discussed their attire and accessories while we waited patiently. There was another server waiting on the only other two people in there and someone else handing out samples. We went next door to Tosi's and were waited on promptly, and it was amazing. I won't be going back.
