I guess it is good there is some parking around, but other than that: the operator is certainly not providing a lot of "service" for the money they charge. This is one of many vacant after earthquake properties - rubble removed and gravel with big stones pushed in. Looks more like some still unprepared building site than a rather expensive centre city parking space. I don't envy females on high heels or anybody with better shoes parking here. Better bring your gumboots on your day out to the theatre or where ever you go ... Ah yes, and better download and configure your parkmate app at home. In that case at least the payment is reasonable easy (as long as you know the number of the parking lot), the one and only parking ticket vending machine is neither well lit nor does it always work ... The word Rip off might come into mind, but this probably would be true for many Wilson parking places in Christchurch.
