Ricky, installation man arrived at the prescribed time and instantly got to work. Used his expert advice for positioning of equipment and left him to it. Very neat and tidy worker, explained the operation of the heatpump , helped with moving back furniture and left after four hours taking all packaging etc with him. Added two Mitsubishi heat pumps. Chris spent a lot of time listening to our needs as a family, and assessing our home, to determine the best product. Installation was done carefully, and as efficiently as can be expected given the delays on goods due to Covid-19.

Chris from the Christchurch ATL was awesome to deal with. Very friendly and professional. Gave us good advice on what would be best for our house. I also like how he rang me after it was installed to check everything was ok. The guy who installed the heat pump was very good and was very careful not to damage the house as he had to remove an old heat pump that was there first. Would highly recommend the Christchurch team.

within an hour of emailing a request for a quote I had a visit booked in for the same day, the quote was realistic and the service from Chris who sold us a heat pump to the installers was totally outstanding.
