I travelled up from Dunedin to pick a van up from autoone motors, I was first was in contact with Hadley, he was professional, friendly and responsive and made buying a vehicle in another city easy. The van it self has ran solidly since I bought it which was 3-4 weeks ago, I bought it as a courier van and has been running 6 days a week since then, so far it hasn't missed a beat. I dealt with Brian with a few basic mishaps such as the radio installed having been reset so I wasn't able to use it, Brian quickly resolved the issue by having a new one sent out. Brian again was professional, friendly and responsive with dealing with this issue and other questions I had. I would use autoone motors again and would suggest them to others. Thanks for everything
I am very happy with the work Matt carried out for me. He went out of his way to squeeze my headlights repair in before the weekend, and I felt the price was incredibly fair. Thank you very much, and I will definitely come back should I need an auto electrician in the future!
Went in with no appointment to fix a problem with a car I just bought. Matt talked to me, checked the problem out, quoted a great price to sort it and he was in and out, done and dusted in 20 minutes. These folks know what they are doing. Highly recommended.
I came in 10 minutes before they closed, the young man came out to help anyway, took one look and showed me the issue with my lights immediately. Very happy with the service, will definitely come back
