Asked for underfloor insulation quote and air conditioner recommendation, had someone come and measure up, but that was the last we heard from them. Not interested in doing their job by ringing them and asking how the quote is going!!!

I chose Beattie Air to install a Daikin Multi-Split system in my home and they were excellent. I was informed thoroughly of what units would be suitable, how they will be installed, where components will be placed and received an in-depth quote too. The installation was done quickly and professionally. The staff were very helpful and friendly, impressive!
Very highly recommended! Ducted heating is by far the best way to heat your home in New Zealand and I can highly recommend Beattie Air to supply and install the system for you. We were building with Mike Greer and they beat the normal supplier in every way: better price, better service and better after-sales care. The final set up is really well balanced and they went the extra mile to ensure it was set up really quietly as well. To top it all, we can control the system remotely for our mobiles with the Mitsubishi App. We're very happy!
Started off amazing with a wonderfully informed sales pitch. In fact, after 5 pitches From other companies, while this wasn’t the cheapest, it did seem like the best. However, the next steps are proving a little difficult. I signed and sent a contract, but I’ve been the one to call and offer the down payment- which they have, and now I’m calling for next steps- the actual install... I’m hoping to update this review with a much better experience of a speedy installation without my calling again and requesting to be put on the schedule. after many recommendations of this company- I’m just... surprised?
Unbelievably good service and wonderful serviceman. Chatty, helpful and friendly. Very pleased I bought my heat pump from them all those years ago.
