YES THANKYOU LORD. These are the best chips you will ever have was there 5yrs ago and could not remember which fish and chips it was when visiting relatives. My wife went down there to visit her sister 2 days ago and got her to try and find it she brought back to Auckland a few parcels of chips from their locals and she found the one I remembered even a day old reheated in the air fryer is better than any fish and chip shops in Auckland and north of the bridge to whangarei have searched far and wide. If you want hand cut double fried chips you remember from your childhood this is the shop hope they post to Auckland

This was one of my go to fish and chips shops when I used to live in the area. The chips are lovely homemade thick cut seasoned exquisitely and are never over cooked. The cheap fish is standard rig but the batter has the same seasoning as the chips and is always cooked to perfection. Prices are very competitive as there is another fish and chips shop almost next to it.

I ordered a fish and spring roll, unsure what it was but I've now got food poisoning. Two days or doctors, throwing up and the rest of it. Not impressed. Never had this issue before.
