Was told the high rent price was cause it would even out when the house got eqc fixed. Yvonne sold it without ever fixing anything...oh wait they fixed the hwc to the wall. Now I'm told I have no bond though its lodged with tenancy .

Best described as Slum Landlords. EQ damaged house in desperate need of some sort of repairs but despite numerous requests, nothing done. If you are planning on renting from them, Run like Hell. Take photos of everything. Document everything as they will blatant lie.
