Finally bought my wedding dress and then ended up getting a couple more items. Limited on clothing stock but expected as Summer is coming to end so roll on Winter stock. The lady that was seeing to me was an absolute delight and even a big hug to seal the deal. Thank you for making this one of the best shopping experiences for me in a very long time.

Not their usual standard. Usually I do get fabulous service here, but today was made to feel awful about returning an online purchase, (even though I am totally within my rights to do so.) Was repeatedly told "I don't do online shopping because of this' 'If people keep returning things, we will close down', with a big Sigh at the end. I ordered the items I did online (from the Active range) because they are not stocked in my Christchurch stores and I ordered them with confidence knowing that I can easily return to a physical store if not right. Never again. Totally upset me to be treated like that.

Probably the worst City Chic store I have visited. Never any stock in the right sizes and a very limited selection. Staff are great but what's the point when you end up buying online anyway?
