This is a wonderful luxury boutique Bed and Breakfast owned and operated by the nicest hosts Sue & Robin Clements.We stayed one night but wish it had been more. In spite of the devastation in Christchurch City Centre - they are safely located close to the Airport and the City by-pass road.Minutes from one of NZ's finest golf courses with their own winery and olive grove. The garden is fabulous too - a true 110% pure NZ

Oh my goodness where do I start? This is one of the nicest, most comfortable places we have stayed. As our first port of call for our trip to New Zealand, and coming from Queensland Australia's 35 degree heat, we were worried we'd be cold. Couldn't be further from the truth. The rooms were heated brilliantly, the bathroom had heated tiled floors (OMG never seen those before!), we were toasty warm the whole time. The bed was super comfy, we even sussed out what mattress topped they had and I just spent a fortunue on getting a decent one for our own bed at home because the difference it made to our quality if sleep was brilliant. Immaculately clean, plenty of stands for luggage instead of having to scrounge around on the floor with suitcase contents, sitting chairs and table to read at, brilliant views of the gardens, oh the backyard you could spend a day there reading. Always fresh linen and plenty of it (you know, when you want more than one towel each for when one does one's hair), and breakfast was epic. Sue and Robin were such friendly and accommodating hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Plent of car parking, and secure gates for entry. If you want luxury, comfort, space and relaxation, then stay here, what more can we say. Thanks Sue and Robin and we look forward to seeing you again next year when we come back for another holiday.
