Would like recommend Lisa Chen as a great property manager. I haven’t been living in Christchurch near 2 years. However Lisa Chen can contact with me immediately when property have any problem by tenants. Professional awalys and prompt service.

I contacted the property manager Lisa Chen twice with regards to a potential rental property. I Never received a reply from her to my simple question, but she keeps emailing me to view the property ignoring my query. This definitely put me off renting through this company. If a simple question gets ignored and I haven’t even viewed the property or signed a lease contract, I can only imagine what it would be like if I rent through them and have more serious issues in the property that need a quick response. Sorry guys, but you are no longer on my list.
