One of the best fish and chips shops in Christchurch hands down. They have so many different food options available. Different flavored seasoning for the chips, different flavors of chicken wings as well. They are a little bit expensive for a fish and chip shop but in terms of takeaway foods they are still very cheap

Used to be amazing. Now it's good. Fish is great but slow and chip scoops are smaller than they used to be . 10 mins order time from phone means 25 at peak times. Burgers are my ideal chip shop burger

We were massively disappointed with this overpriced and inedible food. Fish was revolting, chips were drenched in salt and they tasted like they were cooked in old fat. The burger was the worst I've ever had. The buns were hard and the bacon was tiny and undercooked, there was a revolting taste that I can't even describe. We ended up having to throw it away and make something at home. We didn't come back because were tired and we live too far away. We were driving past looking for some nice food, didn't get it. To say we were unprofessional is ridiculous, we're the customer and it would have been helpful to us to have had edible food.

It's always hard finding a really good chippy. Fish and Chips on Ferry fits the bill. They produce great food with excellent service. Will definitely be coming back!

Good chips, perhaps a bit salty on this occasion. Fish isn’t bad either. Both fish and hotdogs seem to use a corn based batter which gives them a yellow appearance similar to when you buy hot dogs from food trucks at the speedway. Nice burgers too. It is a bit pricier than most which I’m not sure is justified (maybe the rent is expensive). We spent about 20% more here than our regular “Master Seafood” down the road which was closed today.

I really like this this place and the reason is food quality and variety. Multiple different salt types to choose from and many different classic items to choose from, also they do delivery.

Bought tea here lastnight. Young male working wasnt using gloves or tongs to handle customer orders from the cabinet. When we opened our tea the batter and fish were dry and over cooked. When the young fella took the batter off the fish it was yellow and clearly not for human consumption , we ended up buying elsewhere as we had driven out of town. Not returning. Re: your reply. This is a review page. You have a food outlet, your selling to the public this is the forum designed for such feed back. Thsts what you sign up for when you own a business. The fish was off it should not have been sold at all. Im surprised the Health Department havent shut you down. Appalling.
