Hi everyone, Moving from Auckland to Christchurch this with Grace Removal was the worst experience for me. As an NZ Citizen, I never ever have that kind of unprofessional service from anywhere. the team itself is not responsible for anything (Especially James Coul). I have talked so many time in regards to my stuff but have not got any realistic answer. I got my stuff 3 weeks after I arrive at Christchurch, However, they said you will get stuff in 3- 4 days. Definitely, I have lost my business due to their carelessness. Furthermore, the funniest thing is, they have missed my big White Board. After notifying them still I have not received any call/ update from the team. this seems no one (the team) don't care to about your stuff. I don't know why/how they guys run the business. I have tried to put the review on their Facebook Page but they have of the option. I think there are other people who might feed up with Grace removal. Finally, I would say there is no value of the money. Thanks
Everyone I dealt with at Grace, from Tony, who did the assessment, to Sally in the office, and especially Phil, Nigel, Frances and their young supporters was helpful, cheerful, polite and did a splendid job. We had a gnarly driveway at one end and difficult stairs at the other. No matter, the job was done with great professionalism (If one of these guys says it will fit, it will fit.). Just can't speak highly enough of this team.
The movers were very nice and both the christchurch and Auckland branches were very responsive when I needed help finding items that were left off the truck. They were found right away and delivered. The BBQ was a little damaged, but we are working out replacement parts. Definitely a nice company and good prices.

Grace team of 3 turned up on time. Very polite and showed a high level of professionalism. They said they enjoyed their job, and it showed. They treated our possessions as if each one was marked fragile. They were recommended to us by someone who had used them recently and said they were the best. They weren't wrong. We would definately use them again.
I moved from Christchurch to Queenstown a few days ago. Although it was a little later than the promised arrival time, but the work was professional, and despite the hot weather, the crews were polite and very kind. I am satisfied with the service of this company and highly recommend it to others. Thank you guys
