Not professional. They engaged with us in getting a quote for doing landscaping in our section. Initial contacts were fine. After couple of meetings, when they were supposed to gives us the quote the contact person asked for extensions and then went AWOL. Wasted our time. Not professional.
When we were building a new house we looked a several landscapers. Immediately Greenscapes stood out. Craig took the time to actually come out to our site and discuss options. He was great with suggesting alternatives and we ended up getting all the hard and soft landscaping done through them (including driveway, paths and patios). The end result was fantastic and it was done promptly and with no fuss. We would definitely use Greenscapes again in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone want an excellent finished product.
