Went into shop to seek assistance. They were very helpful with free advice. Great service with a cherry smile... A shop I will be happy to return to. we'll stocked with quality lighting.
Lighting 351 is a lovely place to buy stuff, quite hard to limit yourself to what you actually came in for! Everything looks so nice and shiny, well laid out, plenty of variety, OK prices, good service.
I wouldn't even rate lighting 351 a one. We just received the most appalling customer service. My husband left a glass based lamp (bayonet to be fixed). When he brought it home it had 3 deep cracks on the base. On ringing the company he was told staff had to break the base to fix it... So they didn't deny they broke it. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell my husband face to face what they had done when he picked up
The staff are so nice and helpful with such a large range of options
Great service they relit my life one very satisfied customer
Closing down soon. Not sure if opening again.
