Not impressed, nasty, rude .... failed 2 acknowledge that I had not had a notification 4 my warrant - no apology!! .... did not listen .... no compassion & judgemental - instead I took my car 2 another place - no issues there whatsoever - told them about my experience here - they were completely shocked!! ....

Excellent service from Maxi Auto Services today. Thankful to have been able to make an appointment online for a Saturday morning. Work was completed promptly and was very affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to recommend and will definitely return in the future.

Classical cheap wof and then having thousands in repairs trick. He wanted to charge me 500 dollars to change a light, took my car to another mechanic and he repaired it in 30 seconds for free. Avoid this scammer

Went for a WOF as it was covient for work. Was suspect at the cheap warrant as i was worried they would make up something to be replaced to make money. Sure enough got a phone call and they said my power steering belt needs replaced. As I just wanted it done I agreed, not sure wether it actually needed done or not. Afterwards my belt was squealing ridiculously loudly. Went back to get them to have a look at it and the guy tightened it up for free. Didn't work, probably a cheap belt or something, Still squealing to this day and it is soo annoying, wouldn't recommend, go elsewhere and pay 50 at vtnz, passed my last 3 warrants there no problems.
