I can never organize redelivery with these guys online or on the automated phone service. They don't recognized the number on the card to call that is left. I always have to call up customer services. It's a real pain. I feel like someone is not updating the location of packages that get returned here after a failed delivery. My current package has been on its way back to the depot for 2 weeks. This is the third time this has happened to me and at this point it doesn't feel like a coincidence any more.

Ignore the post below, the building is not derelict - the front portion has had a tenant move down the road recently (Basic Bikes) and so the building looks unoccupied. Simply open or knock on the door on the front right of the building. Very helpful chaps.
