I have being to this shop yesterday to return some clothes which is not right fitting. Non of staff did not know refund process. Only excuse she said her computer is not working. I came after half and hour again and saw staff working with computer with other customers. Not only that staff was very rude and loud. Poor customer service.

After walking in bang on opening time It was my absolute pleasure to be served by Sarah. She was bubbly, incredibly helpful and a wonder to deal with. A brilliant selection available at the store for both clothes and accessories, complimented greatly by the amazing customer service. 100% reccomend the store and the service. Will be returning!
