Took 4 to 5 weeks just to get parts after the repairing quote was approved everytime ring them and ask for a update they were saying parts will be here today same answer every time, then they started blaming parts suppliers haven't sent us this and that, then started blaming freight company. They have promised we'll provide you a van if it wouldn't be fixed in 3 weeks after getting approval of repair quote, when i rang after 3 weeks asked for van they were saying sorry our insurance company doesn't cover out of Christchurch. Then they have put a recycled headlight which was yellowish and it was looking older then the other side, they haven't even noticed that it doesn't match with other side. Unbelievable wouldn't recommend this place specifically if you want your own vehicle repaired, very slow service.

My husband is an absolute perfectionist and loves keeping our vehicles in immaculate condition. Rosiez team communicated with us about when parts would be available, the length of time they would need our vehicle - loan vehicles also available. I rung up to enqire about a quote for my damaged car. Unfortunately I could not take my car to them and although coming to me was not in their service, they still managed to sort something out for me. I ended to scrapping my damaged car and purchasing a new one and they had no problems about that at all. Very impressed and will be back if I ever need anything done to my car.
