Very disappointed in their customer service. I wanted to end my contract since I moved and joined different gym. They told me I have to come in. I did. Turned out I can work out in any gym it can't end my contract in any gym. So had to drive to the other side of the city and discover that I need to wait for manager to come back. Came back in your. Still no manager.. had to leave. Left my number and got told someone will call. This went on for 5-6 times. I finally contacted head office and got told I can end my contract without physically going there. Another week or so and I got sent a link where I could fill out my details and it was done. But since my contract says that there is a 4 week not I e period then it meant that after 6 weeks of waisted time that I spent going back and forth I now had to pay another 4 week. This is a fraud. If that link existed all along, trust me it was not made for me, then I could have left ages ago but instead they got another 150 dollars out of me. And nobody answers my emails anymore. What a service!

Managers are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I have been seeing a great PT here called Cody Warnock who has been drilling me pretty hard. Couldn't think of a better man to really get up me and get me going hard. Feeling great but sore after our sessions together!

Like all of these franchise gyms. Too expensive, wants you in long term contracts so they can squeeze out all your money once you stop going. In theory when I joined up I was meant to get a free consultation. I'm a nurse and know a few thing/have done my own research. The professional trainer was an untrained uneducated person who had been in the army briefly, and refused to help me get a training routine in order expressing that I would have to come back an additional time and pay more money for this. Needless to say I would not want someone like this as a personal trainer and had to work my routine out on my own.
