Took our Toyota coaster here for three jobs, solely based on the glowing reviews (1gas check,1 fridge check 1, satellite dish) Waited 6 weeks for a time-slot, which was perfectly fine with us. Knowing they were expecting us, we were quite surprised by the lack of friendliness and customer service over the 4-5 days they had our coaster. This included what I felt was a condescending phone call to one of us. Wondering if the older vans are not what they prefer working on.....?The guy in the reception area (we found out later, who was in charge of our job) ignored us on our hour and a half wait till it was ready to be signed off. The young man however who helped us at the very end with our satellite dish was lovely, as was the gas fitter. Sadly not sure of there names. Am not disputing the work. Just the communication or lack of it. Won’t be back.

These guys have never failed to deliver for me, which is good because I live in my van and often have to plan around any required work. Firstly they repaired some serious panel damage on my van and it still looks immaculate, they also went a step further and repaired some minor structural damage they found underneath. I've also had a couple of quickfire jobs that have come up and they have managed to get them done at very short notice and to a very good standard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
