Went to an open home that Gavin was showing for a short deadline sale. I was incredibly interested, and was a cash buyer and ready to go. I could not seem to get any of Gavin's time at the open home (he seemed to be busy chatting to real estate friends/colleagues that had dropped in, rather than paying any attention to the the actual attendees). I tried to call multiple times the next morning, to no avail (ie: no one called me back). I then emailed multiple times and received zero response. Perhaps the deal was already done by then, but I could have produced a competitive offer, and without being able to even be considered, I felt he did a disservice to his clients, as not all offers would have been presented to them.
