This company is A WASTE OF TIME. I came with my truck twice for measure and inspection, the manager there promised the quote a week later but he never gave one. Even I rang to follow up two week later, the staff promised an immediate return call from manager after I left my number. No return call either from anyone. I turned up to the office few days later to directly talked to them, left my detail and truck detail again for a return call, no call from them again. Even though before I left the office I told the reception that it is not acceptable of their diligent of service and that I don't mind they ring me up and say they can not quote or do the job for being too busy or the job is too small or not interested to do business with minority. So that I can try to search for alternative. They moved to new much bigger site for their business, who would think that their customer service could get worsen. I guest their job quality not much of the difference. Anyway, it is still lucky that I have not engage any business with them yet and anyone wanted to deal with TTR should consider as well after my experience. Best of luck!
