This woman is despicable! I took my wedding dress to her to be hemmed. After several weeks of nagging she finally confessed to the dress being covered in blood! She could give me no explanation as to what had happened?? I asked what she has done with it, it was soaking in a bucket of water. She refused to replace it or pay me for my dress! What sort of person does this.
