Great customer service. I have recently moved from the UK and was having trouble deciding on sorting out a NZ phone and was attempting to sort out unlocking my phone. The staff member who help me was very good and friendly even though my UK phone refused to unlock. He helped set me up with a NZ pay as you go sim and phone.

Bought a tempered glass in this shop. Before I buy the item, the staff said she will assist to put it on. The final result is not satisfy because there is a little dust which is quite obvious show on my screen. I request her to help to settle it, but she reject to help and said she will not responsible for this thing. The attitude she talked is too rude and irresponsible.
