I feel like I was getting scammed. I went in with a good watch with a flat battery. They replaced the battery which did not work properly, it kept stopping. I took it back and they had sent it to their watchmaker. He said the mechanism was faulty and it needed replacing at almost 500 (on a 800 watch). I asked what was wrong and they said it could be anything so the entire mechanism needs replacing, there is no other option. I couldn't justify that, it seemed crazy. I went back to pick up the watch and it had no battery in it. I asked for the battery to be put back in and a new battery was fitted and have been using the watch now for 6 months and I have not had a single issue with it. I am very glad I didn't follow their obviously flawed advice. I will never be going back.

What a disappointing experience at Westende Jewellers! Yesterday my wife and I visited to purchase a christening gift; very little choice to view but after the sales person spoke with "Someone out Back" an offer was made to get something in. We did spot an item in a case during this time and decided to make a purchase. We would like it engraved inside the band please, sorry we can't do that our machine is old and we have to send you to another specialist who turned out to be on the other side of town. Could you find a suitable presentation box and gift wrap? Sorry was the reply we don't do that. We shall not return needless to say after such poor and unsatisfactory service

Got my wedding band down through West End. I saw one I liked. However I wanted the diamonds to match my engagement ring and to also have some rubies in it. The band I had spotted had too few diamonds and was purely only diamonds. My request was a non issue at all. I absolutely LOVE my wedding band. I’ll be back for my next ting to add the wedding stack when we hit 10 years

I had been wearing my engagement ring for 21 years and my wedding band for 20 years. They were both in need of repair and I had lost a stone from my wedding ring. After having a consultation with one of the lovely staff in the shop we came up wit a plan to join the two rings into one, using the existing stones and adding a couple more. This way I was able to modernise my ring setting and I am overjoyed with the result. I was so happy with the staff, such patience and so willing to help and all at a great price also. I would highly recommend this business .
