They're offering low rent rates. Just negotiate with their friendly receptionist.
Fin headache road works
Accommodation that is made up of a bunch of small prefab buildings. various different types available but they pretty much all have shared facilities. Most of the folks here are all good. Some a little trouble some.
Nice and clean
Very cheap place to stay in Christchurch. Clean and tidy toilets and showers.
Reasonably priced and you have a decent amount of space for yourself. WiFi would of been a bonus.
