A mons avis , un des rares endroits ou j'ai trouvé le meilleur Gruyère en Suisse, voir au monde.Servi en toute simplicité, mais quel talent et savoir faire régional ! La fromagerie compte de nombreux prix internationaux et des méfailles d'or prestigieuses. In my opinion, one of the few places where I found the best Gruyère in Switzerland, and maybe in the whole world. Served with simplicity, but what talent and regional know-how!
