He quickly went to work on the main house unit and found a failing capacitor which I authorized him to replace trusting his recommendation. He took his time to make sure the auxiliary units were in peak operating condition. I appreciate the use of the paper foot coverings that ensured no tracking on the carpet. Thanks!

We woke up to a 64 F degree house in the middle of a snowstorm. Called Climatic and within 2 hours Cliff was able to walk me through how to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem over the phone. They guys are completely professional and know their stuff. I would highly recommend. We are going to use them every time we have any sort problem with our furnace in the future.
