We ordered a bday cake days before for my Mother's Birthday. When we inquired on the delivery status, the day it was to be delivered, we were informed that they had simply forgotten about our order. What a stunning way to ruin a bday gift surprise! Completely disappointed by this despicable service.

Worst at delivery... I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered for my fathers birthday with writing on top. Attached was what I received - a chocolate mess! I have ordered cakes from other places through delivery services before, and received in much better conditions. Either educate the riders on the proper way of delivering cakes, or dont offer delivery services for your cakes in the first place. Very disappointing...

It is definitely a “MUST VISIT” to get your sweet tooth cravings done right. The Cakery is very famous for their fresh and high quality cakes in Colombo. I wasn’t too pleased with their service, coz first they missed some of our items and then some of them got late. The place cozy and if you go around that place you can taste their yummy cakes as me.

If you wanna taste high quality, delicious cakes and puddings using the best ingredients you just need to visit The Cakery shop. All cakes are made by cakery, I like to eat them myself, and I hope you like them too! The cakery people are always trying to be environmentally friendly with their packaging and containers. Where possible, all their ingredients are sourced locally from small businesses. Parking facility is there for several vehicles. Evening high tea facility is there with peaceful environment.

Very reasonable prices for the cakes and food. We went in the evening and the customer service was top notch and the two ladies working were so nice and very active even during the busy hours.
