Purchased a post OP shoe just to be given the incorrect size. When I spoke on the phone with the assistant manager she told me I could bring the shoe back to return it. That’s all nothing more nothing else. I live a hour away and drove clear to Columbia there to return the shoe and to get the proper size just for her to say the shoe can’t be returned “ without the plastic “ which the plastic wasn’t on the product when I left the store just the bill . The guy who checked me out to my understanding works at a different location. Was very professional but gave me the wrong size. Due to their lack of mistake and miscommunication in giving me the wrong size she then tried to charge me full price for another one !!!! Then 15 percent off due to their mistake . No thank you. Very unprofessional !!!!!! Their bill states “ returned goods must be accompanied by this bill “ . If it’s required for plastic and original packaging they need to give you the product as is and state that on their receipt and WHEN YOU 2 hours prior without wasting someone time.

Terrific! I called them up and not only did they have the iWalk 2.0 in Stock but she immediately offered to assemble it. As a young guy, I figured I could but boy am I glad I took her up on the offer. I arrived 15 minutes later and she took the time to fit me, show me how it functioned and help me move around in it. There was no up charge either! This device has made all the difference in my mobility.
