This past Tuesday was my first time bringing my son to the Westport location. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. The receptionist, nurse and dentist were excellent. I love how the dentist talked my 4yr toddler through the process. This visit was better than the last.

Our first appointment for my 18mo went great. The facility is new, clean, and well-decorated/outfitted for kids to be at ease and have fun. The staff was friendly, and the nurse and doctor were both comforting and knowledgeable. And, we received a to-go bag that not only included the usual toothbrush and toothpaste; but also other fun (safe) instruments that are part of the cleaning process, so you’re kids can get used to them and not be afraid at the next visit. So far, I highly recommend.

Not worth it looking for a new ortho place they don’t accommodate to your schedule.

We have been taking our kids here for 10 years. The staff at the front desk are very friendly an accommodating. The hygienists do s great job making kids feel comfortable. We especially love Dr. Ritter for her kind and patient bedside manner. However we have also had experienced with other dentists and they’ve all been fantastic.
