Went to a Dr appointment here. Not only did I get a bill from the Dr but I got a large bill from the hospital because the Dr used their facilities. If that's not a bunch of B.S , I dont know what is. So I'm paying for the Dr to use this space? Why am I paying his/her rent? Talk about double billing. If I was living on state assistance I wouldnt have to pay a dime. Apparently this is just another way to screw the working man/women....... they should be ashamed of themselves.

Nurses take forever to come to the room when you need them. Respiratory therapy leaves the room and leaves them without oxygen, called nurse at 8:30 am to put oxygen back on they came 3 and a half hours later and the patient oxygen level was 71 Gave a family member towels to clean up urine. left soiled linen in front of the bathroom door. I tried to get oxygen at home and they refused. I told them I was going to report everything , that I have documentation. Miss Reynolds decided to call ems to do a welfare check. The social worker Heather does not do her job. The last day there was a very nice nurse and if we had had her it would have been great. CNA- Jessica and the girl working with her was great. The doctors were great.

Awful experience!!!! They only nice person in the ED was the girl checking you in. I was there for 10 and half hours. In the waiting room with 3 others that’s all only 3 for 2 hours. Go back they start an iv but never give me fluids. That was my one and only encounter with a nurse an hour later I have about a 5 minute encounter with the doctor the only encounter 3 hours later I am taken for a ct scan. Wait 2 more hours a different nurse comes in to discharge me and says the doctor was too busy

Beautiful Disaster

This hospital and the staff is a joke!!! They have no answers to any questions, they just leave you laying in the bed, says that test has been ordered but nothing is being done. Staff stands around talking and laughing when there is patients that are calling for them. Get better staff!

ER was fast to begin my treatment but slow to communicate any information about test results. Furthermore after being admitted for overnight care the doctors took a very one size fits all approach to my condition despite me telling them that what they were doing doesn't do anything for me nor has it for anyone in my family and begging them to let me resume my normal medications instead which did work. Also who ever runs the hospital nutrition program needs to be fired. Despite notes from the doctors saying my food needed to be low carb and low fat to prevent aggravating my condition I was given nothing but fatty and sugary foods such as ice cream for breakfast. The one thing I will say though is the nurses there were OUTSTANDING and would gladly have them be part of my care in a future situation.
