My experience was beyond great. I had to go to both locations, Campbell and Speedway. In both places, staff was very professional. of course, at times the wait was longer than usual but expected since every patient is given their individual slot. My doctor is Dr. Wang who is highly qualified in his area, without doubt you can trust him due to his years of experience and expertise. For my condition, unable to see from my right eye due to cloudiness, I had to had surgery, Dr. Wang was my surgeon and did a splendid job. After the surgery (and a couple of days) I recovered 100% of my sight. I am forever thankful to Dr. Wang and staff. If you have trouble with your insurance or the wait is too long for you, that has nothing to do with the great work Cornea Associates do.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My 6 year old daughter who has been having eye issues for over 2 years was referred here OVER A MONTH AGO! the day of her appointment we showed up on time and were informed that we needed a referral from her PCP not her eye dr for the appointment to be billed through her insurance. The PCP office was on lunch. I was told we could reschedule after waiting a month. I expressed my frustration with that and was told that the office staff had informed the eye dr we needed this referral, I then asked if they had my number and I was told they did. I asked why they hadn't called me when they had a month to do so and was told \as a new patient it is my responsibility to know that the referral needs to come from the PCP\ ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!???? why do you have a billing dept then if I have to know the ins and outs of the insurance needs for your office!!! Seriously the worst office staff!!! Needless to say we canceled and will not be going back, let her eye dr know she needs to be referred somewhere else.
