Mike came into our house and made some suggestions to improve the appeal of our home and discuss everything involved with selling a house. We discussed price, listing specifications, And photography timing among many items. Within hours of the house being listed (late at night), we had multiple showings scheduled on the first full day. Before the first day of showings was completed, Mike presented us with an offer that was above asking price with no contingencies. Your experience may vary lol!! After the inspection of our 70-ish year old house was completed, Mike was able to suggest contacts to complete the work that was needed.
