Been coming here for 9 years, The provider is very nice. However, I wish they would send their phone receptionists to a class on phone skills and being nice. They act like they're doing you a favor, both at Prytania and Lakeview locations.

When you're in extreme pain you shouldn't have to spend 5 days begging your G.P. for an appointment and still not get one. I had to switch to a new doctor.
