Waited 25mins to be served regarding a sound system for the TV. Lots of stuff, half of which not priced up correctly or even in stock. Ended up leaving without speaking to anyone!

I WISH i could give them - 1'000'000 stars !! I ordered a BOSE headset from them online, paid of course. A month later no delivery. I call them, they let me know they are out of stock and waiting for more. I pass by the store that day for an unrelated reason, there's a bunch of BOSE headsets sitting right there, fully IN STOCK. I call the customer support service and ask them why I still haven't got my headset since it's in stock, turns out online has a separate Stock. I ask them to cancel my order and let me pick it up at the store, they cancel and THEN inform me that to cancel it's 15 week days for a refund. It's been like 30 days, I don't have my refund. I paid for that headset twice AND customer support hangs up on me now because i'm not \calm\ enough.

Average place, but they do have a lot of things on stock. Staff is not very competent. They know a bit but some times have no clue what they say. Overall a good place when you need something quickly. Price wise, always better to buy from big online vendor.
