The two female workers at the cashier were very rude to me and my wife when I asked them to check if they can find a new pair of trainers for my daughter since the last one I found were damaged. They suggested that they will need to move stock from a different store and will take at least a week. But when I asked for discount for the damaged ones so I can take them there and then. They treated us as if we were beggars and were horrible to us. Not going back there again. Now I regret all the money I spent there. Smiling and being friendly is very important in customer service.

Employees are friendly and willing to help, although some seem to be a bit sloppy. I wanted to borrow ski boots, for which the prices are pretty good, however, the shop seems to have a pretty small selection.
J’ai fait réparé 5 fois mon vélo électrique, jamais il n’a été réparé. On veut pas me le changer. Un service incompétent.

Pire expérience de commande en ligne. Comment une personne qui commande le même vélo 4 jours après moi le reçoit 1 mois avant moi ? Une honte au service en ligne. Par contre service en magasin super bien.
